Tangy Banana Pepper and Roasted Garlic Hummus

Ingredients:
1 can organic chic peas, drained
1/2 c. banana peppers, jarred
2 T. tahini
juice from banana pepper jar, enough to make desired consistency
1/2 c. roasted garlic, see recipe here
1 T. tamari











Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until creamy.  Garnish with banana peppers and chill for about 1 hour before serving.
